First prep your eyelid with a concealer stick, well enough that your eyelid feels a bit tacky. Love is then applied to the inner eyelid, including the bottom rim. I use an applicator sponge, it is more accurate and picks up more pigment. Then Dream is applied to the outer eyelid and extended up to the brow bone, under the outer bottom rim and blended well to give a more <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_9" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">subtle</span> effect. You can use a q-tip to help with the blending. When <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_10" class="blsp-spelling-error">Bellaphoria</span> Pure Mineral <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_11" class="blsp-spelling-error">Eyeshadows</span> are applied in this manner, it will last <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_12" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">until</span> you wash it off, and it is totally Water Proof!
